Returns & Cancellations Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products as handmade, hygienic, and perishable items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at ewacosmeticsco@outlook.com. After this 24-hour window, your order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

We take immense care in crafting and packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the damaged product and its packaging. We will assess the situation case by case and may offer a replacement or store credit as a resolution.
