Shipping & Processing Policy

1. Processing Time:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be carefully hand-packed and dispatched. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Times:
We are delighted to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over £35!

• Standard Shipping (FREE): 2-3 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

4. Order Tracking:
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for Royal Mail's tracking system to update.

5. Damaged Packages:
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at ewacosmeticsco@outlook.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

6. Lost Packages:
While we are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of Royal Mail, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation. We will do our best to help you locate it with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
